An antique Russian lead crystal wine goblet from the palace of czar Nicholas II,
by the Imperial Porcelain and Glass Factory (St Petersburg), 1910s, engraver Lavr Orlovsky, decorated in the 18th century style – the front engraved with crowned double headed Imperial eagle, the reverse – with the monogram ‘H A II’ for Nicholas II Alexandrovich within a crowned medallion surrounded with military trophies.
Height 6 1/8 in. (15,7 cm). Excellent condition.
