A pair of large antique cluster earrings set with sparkling green Russian demantoids.

The center cushion cut demantoids are :

5.4 x 4.7 x 3.2 mm, approximately 0.70 ct

5.1 x 4.95 x 3.5 mm, approximately 0.76 ct

Diameter of the clusters 15 mm (5/8 in.)

Length with ear wire 22 mm (7/8 in.)

The earrings are marked with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard (14K) with assayer’s initials of Alexander Romanov and maker’s initials.
