Polished 56 zolotniks (14K) rose gold, 28 Old European cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 3.53 ct (the central diamonds – 0.73 ct and 0.67 ct).

The bracelet is marked with Imperial Russian 56 zolotniks gold standard (14K – 583), and workmaster’s initials ‘XT’ for Christian Thorstenson (marked in two places), a St Petersburg goldsmith first recorded in 1867 (see A. Ivanov Gold and Silversmiths in Russia 1600-1926, Nr 4197).
The clasp is struck with a later Soviet control mark (583 gold) from the 1930s (overstriking an old mark).
