An early Victorian era silver-topped 14K gold bangle bracelet is centered with a ruby and diamond stylized shell flanked by graduating rose cut diamonds.
The cushion cut ruby is of an excellent color and clarity and likely of Burma origin. The stone measures 5 x 4.3 x 2.75 mm and is approximately 0.52 ct. Estimated total diamond weight is 1.20 ct.
The bracelet has no clasp, instead the ruby and diamond shell has two rods extending outwards that are placed within each side of the bracelet in order to secure it.
