A vintage platinum milgrain ring of a rectangular shape with cut corners is centered with a bright white old European cut diamond

(5.5 x 3.35 mm, approximately 0.66 ct, I color, VS1 clarity)

outlined by a row of tapered calibre cut deep blue sapphires

and further set with a border of old single cut diamonds (approximately 0.45 total weight).
