The 14K yellow gold ring is set with eighteen natural rubies (approximate combined weight – 1.25 ct), seventeen old cut diamonds (approximate total weight – 1.50 ct)

Ring size is 7 1/4 (18 mm) resizable
Marked with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard with initials of St. Petersburg assay master Yakov Liapunov (1904-1908).
