An Unusual Vintage Emerald and Diamond Locket Ring

The gold ring is centered with an oval natural emerald between two old European cut diamonds.

The prong set emerald is the cover of a tiny secret compartment.

The size of the compartment – 7 x 5 mm (suitable for a miniature portrait).

Approximate weight – emerald 0.53 ct, diamonds 0.3 ctw.

The ring was hand crafted in Moscow between 1908 and 1917.
