This USSR era, circa 1950, vintage 14K gold openwork floral-motif ring was made in the city of Tallinn (Estonia). The ring is set with a cabochon cut pale bluish-green chrysoprase (a green variety of chalcedony).
The ring is 22 mm (7/8 in.) long and 17 mm (11/16 in.) wide.
