This delicate pair of antique earrings is crafted in 18 Kt gold and designed with elegant leaf and bead motifs. The finely executed filigree work, known as cannetille, was highly fashionable during the 1820s and early 1830s and is beautifully displayed here.
Light, intricate, and exceptionally refined, these earrings are an excelent example of early 19th century goldsmithing. They remain in pristine condition.
