This superb high relief coral head of a putto (cherub) from the Baroque period was likely carved in Sicily in the late 1600s – early 1700s. The putto was later mounted as a pendant.

The pendant measures without gold rings 23 x 21 mm (7/8 x 13/16 in.)

Height is 20 mm (3/4 in.)
