An Excellent Antique Diamond Heart Pendant Necklace

The center of this gorgeous pendant is set with a cluster of seven sparkling white round diamonds surrounded by sixty six (66) smaller diamonds.

The bail is embellished with three diamonds (approximately 0.28 ct, 0.15 ct and 0.10 ct).

All diamonds are round Old European cuts with an approximate total weight of 5 carats.

The diamonds are set in silver over pink gold.

Height of the diamond heart without bail – 25 mm (1 in.); height with the bail – 37 mm (1 1/2 in.)

The back of the pendant is set with a pink gold miniature heart-shaped picture frame. Date ‘ 1902 ‘ is engraved on edge of the pendant.
