These snowflake-motif silver-topped 14K gold cluster earrings were made in Russia in the 1890s.
Each earring is centered with a bright white old European cut diamond (approximately 0.35 ct, F color, VS-SI clarity) encircled by sparkling old mine cut diamonds (F-G-H color, mostly SI clarity). The diamonds are set in silver over gold.
