A superb quality antique Victorian era 18K gold, heart-shaped locket pendant features a finely painted enamel profile of a female wearing a gold royal diadem, accented by rose cut diamonds.
The enamel miniature portrait is representing Cleopatra, the queen of ancient Egypt. The back cover of the pendant is embellished with a diamond rosette placed on a glossy black enamel background.
The interior is fitted with a glazed miniature picture frame.
