These lily of the valley motif antique earrings are modeled in the Russian Moderne style of the 1910s which incorporated both Art Nouveau floral designs and early Art Deco geometric elements. The earrings are crafted in silver-topped 14K gold. They are set with four sparkling old mine cut diamonds and six small rose cut diamonds.
The two principal cushion cut diamonds measure 6.7 x 5.7 x 3. 9 mm (approximately 1.20 ct) and 6.5 x 5.9 x 4 mm (approximately 1.23 ct), H-I color, VS2, SI1 clarity.
Estimated total diamond weight is 2.95 ct.
Length is 22 mm (7/8 in.)
Weight is 2 grams each.
Marked with maker’s initials and later Soviet control mark from the 1930s for 583 gold standard.
The earrings come in an early 1900s wooden presentation case.
