An antique 14K gold bangle bracelet features a big oval amethyst (likely of Siberian origin) of a deep velvety purple color. The center stone is accented by two pear shaped and two round pearls, flanked by silver floral designs embellished with tiny rose cut diamonds. The amethyst measures 22.84 x 18.67 x 11.3 mm, and is approximately 25.54 carats.
The bracelet was a 25th anniversary gift given in 1886. It is engraved in the back with the dates: 19.8.61 – 19.8.86.
