The ring is crafted in 18K gold. It features a chocolate brown carnelian intaglio finely engraved with a crowned profile bust of the Roman god Neptune (Poseidon in Greek mythology) and his trident. Neptune who was the god of the sea was also a god of horses and patron of horse racing.
