Wedding of Nicholas II and Alexandra at the Winter palace church on November 14, 1894.
Leather ceremonial folders were made exclusively for the members of the Russian Imperial family, foreign Royalty, and high ranking court officials (Chamberlains, Lades in Waiting) who were allowed to participate in wedding procession and ceremony at the private church of the Imperial family in the Winter palace. The folders contained several sheets with detailed description of ceremony and designated places in the procession.
All other guests (including foreign diplomats) were getting similar ceremonials but in red cloth folders. Those guests were waiting for the Imperial couple in designated halls of the palace and congratulated the newlyweds on their way back from the church.
