This delicate ancient Roman ring is crafted in solid 21.09 Kt gold. The ring is set with an oval cabochon cut garnet engraved with the goddess Minerva wearing a plumed helmet and a flowing tunic. She is carrying a shield and a spear. Minerva is the ancient goddess of wisdom, arts, justice, commerce and strategy.
The garnet intaglio measures 9 x 7 mm (3/8 x 5/16 in.)
