The front of this superbly crafted gold puffed heart pendant / locket is encrusted with chunky old mine cut diamonds and embellished with glossy black enamel rays. The back is finely engraved with a chess pattern. The interior of the pendant is fitted with a heart shaped miniature glazed picture compartment.

The principal diamond measures 5.2 x 5.2 x 3.16 mm and is approximately 0.59 ct (E color, VS1 clarity).

The smaller diamonds are mostly F-G color, VS2-SI1 clarity.

Estimated total diamond weight is 3.70 carats.
