1890s – early 1900s
This Belle Epoque antique 14K gold ring features a carved turquoise scarab in ancient Egyption style. The scarab is flanked by two superbly modeled satyr masks (a popular theme in late Victorian jewelry). The design of the ring was clearly influenced by the Art Nouveau style of the period.
Marked inside the shank with 14K gold standard and maker’s mark.
