This antique hand-shaped brooch is crafted in 9K gold and silver (sleeve). The brooch is encrusted with old rose cut diamonds of various shapes and sizes . The sleeve is accented with four garnet-glass doublets (composite stones made of garnet and glass). The pinky ring is embellished with a faceted ruby.
