An Edwardian era antique 14K gold trefoil ring prong-set with a cushion cut blue sapphire (5.5 x 5 x 3.9 mm, approximately 0.94 ct), an antique cushion cut sparkling bright white diamond (5.2 x 5 x 3.2 mm, H color, SI2 clarity, approximately 0.64 ct ) and a fancy orange-brown old cushion cut diamond (5.6 x 5 x 3.6 mm, approximately 0.78 ct).

Estimated total diamond weight 1.42 ct.

The ring is marked with 56 zolotnik Russian import mark for the 1899-1908 period.
