Very fine antique silver teapot and milk jug in the Russian Moderne style by FABERGE

Made in Moscow between 1899 and 1908

Total weight 21 oz. (596 g).

The teapot: 4 1/4 in. (10,2 cm) high; 7 in. (18 cm) wide.

Marked with 84 zolotniks standard (875 silver), assayer’s initials of Ivan Lebedkin and K.FABERGE in Cyrillic beneath Russian Imperial warrant, both pieces with scratched inventory number 18108.

The teapot is marked on the lid and under the base.

The milk jug: 3 1/8 in. (8 cm) high; 3 3/4 in. (9,5 cm) wide.
