European, made between 1899 and 1908, with Russian import marks

The platinum topped 14K gold openwork cufflinks are set with two old European cut diamonds and twelve calibre cut emeralds.

Very fine quality craftsmanship

Width 12 mm (1/2 in.)

The cufflinks are marked with a European 585 gold standard,

Russian 56 zolotnik gold import marks for the period 1899-1908

and later Soviet 583 gold control marks from the 1930s which indicate that the cufflinks where re-sold at that time.
