A Vintage Gold Mounted Carved Dark Green Nephrite Egg Pendant by Peter Carl Faberge.

This Faberge minimalist egg was made in St Petersburg around 1890.

Height without suspension ring – 2,3 cm (7/8 in.)

The egg is approximately 25% bigger than regular size Faberge egg pendants.

The ring is marked with 56 zolotniks old Russian gold standard (14K), St Petersburg city arms, and workmaster’s initials of August Hollming (a star between ‘A’ and ‘H’).
