FABERGE silver and crystal caviar bowl in Neo-Classical style, made in Moscow between 1908 and 1917. Height 2 7/8 in. (7,3 cm). Diameter of the bowl 5 1/16 in. (12,7 cm), width (w/handles) 7 1/8 in. (18 cm).
The upper rim is mounted with a finely chased leaf band, the rim of the base with acanthus leaves. The sides are applied with two classical cups and ribbon-tied swags.
Marked on the upper rim with 84 zolotniks (875 silver), K.FAFERGE in Cyrillic beneath Imperial eagle, Moscow assay stamp.
Struck under the base with 84 standard and K.FABERGE. Original scratched inventory number 25518.
