This unusual late Victorian era large 18K gold cross pendant is embellished with five step cut hexagon shape amethysts of light to medium purple color. The amethysts are accented by seed pearls.
The cross measures (without bail) 48 x 46 mm (1 7/8 x 1 3/4 in.)
Total height with bail is 60 mm (2 1/4 in.)
The bail is made of 14K gold and is a later replacement.
