This antique Russian 14K rose gold cross pendant was made in Moscow in 1862. The cross is embellished with sparkling Russian demantoids. The demantoids were added later, probably in the early 1900s.

The cross is marked with maker’s initials and 56 zolotnik Imperial gold standard with Moscow assay symbol (St George) and date ‘1862’.
